Unite Student Accommodation Portsmouth.

This project was awarded to iFix by PJ Carey PLC.  It was a full FRC contract for all the substructure for the new high rise apartment building.  The scope of the works consisted of :

Steel Fixing – 200 tonne.

Concrete Poured –  1080 cubic metres, of which the biggest pour was 400 cubic metres.

Formwork – Over 2000 square metre of pekafil.

Unite student accommodation Portsmouth was completed over a 14 week program without any issues.  PJ Carey PLC were extremely pleased with the  all the works carried out by iFix Reinforcements Ltd.
