RAF Lyneham Re-Development

Awarded to iFix Reinforcements Ltd by Byrne & King Ltd.

This was a very prestigious project within the UK.  The Ministry of Defence (MOD) aim to make RAF Lyneham the hub for all armed forces aviation training within the UK.  iFix Reinforcements Ltd was awarded the Steel Fixing contract for the new multi million pound training building.  This project was extremely focused on health and Safety as can be expected with any Ministry of Defence project. It also took particular scrutiny on each individual take part, each and every operative supplied by iFix and any contractor had to under go advanced background checks with disclosure Scotland.  Also, special requirements such Asbestos Awareness certification was required by each steel fixer.
